Scientific articles submitted to the editorial board and meeting the formal criteria are considered at a meeting of the editorial board relatively their correspondence with the journal's subject matter and with a view to identify reviewers.
Review of materials, which meet subject matter, is completely anonymous for the author and reviewer.
Members of the editorial board are involved in the review process. Head of the editorial board is responsible for organizing articles review and complying with academic integrity.
The result of the review and the editorial decision are sent to the author (-s). The articles that need improving are sent to the author (-s) with specific recommendations for article's correction. Anonymity of reviewers is guaranteed by the editorial staff of the journal.
In case of rejection, the editorial board sends a motivated refusal to the author.
